Wellness isn't one size fits all, and your wellness program shouldn't be either. Through this high-touch experience, we personalize your wellness plan based on your individual needs, set goals (with grace) based on your desires, and refine thoughts and practices regarding mental, physical, spiritual, environmental, and occupational health so that every facet of your life is aligned with your higher self. I’ll be with you every step of the way, providing encouragement, support, and accountability.

Personalized wellness for YOU

Self care is defined as “the daily process of attending to your basic physical and emotional needs, which may include shaping your daily routines, relationships, and environment as needed to promote self care.”

It sounds so simple, yet so often is such a challenge for many women. Why?

Because we live in a world that disconnects us from ourself. That places expectations on women that are unattainable and ever-changing, and that conflict with each other and with our true authentic selves.

“Be productive, but also make time for yourself… be successful at work, but also manage your home/family perfectly… eat this, don’t eat that… be skinny, just kidding, be curvy… go after your dreams, but not that one because it doesn’t fit into the box made for you.” Then we experience shame and guilt when we can’t live up to those impossible expectations. 

It creates internal conflict, disconnects us from our body's innate wisdom, and keeps women feeling drained, depleted, unworthy, and stuck.

This is where I come in.…I guide women to become aware of and trust their inner self, equipping them in living a full, balanced life.

How it works…

  • Discovery Deep Dive

    We start with a deep dive into your current wellness state. Think of this as an “audit” of your past and present life. What has worked for you and what hasn’t? Where are you now and where do you want to be? This will help me tailor wellness practices to meet to your specific needs.

  • 1-1 Coaching Sessions

    We will have weekly (virtual) 1 hour coaching sessions where we will identify your current struggles, discuss progress, and implement new wellness practices that align with your most authentic life. This includes all 5 facets of wellness- mind, body, spirit, occupation, and environment.

  • Personalized Content and Support

    You’ll have access to me through email or text for encouragement, support, and advice in between sessions to make sure you get the most out of our 3 months together.
